I signed up but can't sign in.
After signing up, a confirmation email is sent to your address. You need to open that email and click the confirmation link before your account is activated. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it. Once confirmed, return to the app and sign in.
I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact support with your email address and I'll manually confirm your account.
I've forgotten my password.
On the sign-in screen, use the "Forgot password" option to receive a reset link by email. If you don't see that option or the email doesn't arrive, contact support.
My daily draw hasn't refreshed.
The draw refreshes once per calendar day at midnight in your local time. If it hasn't refreshed and it's a new day, close the app fully and reopen it. If the problem persists, contact support.
I'm not receiving my daily reminder notification.
Go to More → Settings and confirm notifications are enabled. Also check your device's notification settings for DÁN — iOS and Android both allow you to disable notifications per-app. If notifications are on and you're still not receiving them, try toggling them off and on again within the app.
Can I change my archetype?
Your archetype is calculated from your birth date using the Ogham tree calendar. You can update your birth date in More → Profile, which will recalculate your archetype. Note that changing it will update all future draws and interpretations.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your reflections are stored securely and are visible only to you. They are never shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I export my journal?
Data export is not yet available in the app directly. You can request a copy of your data at any time by emailing i0041974@gmail.com — I will provide it in a readable format within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. All data — including your draws, reflections, and profile — will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
To request deletion, email i0041974@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and the email address associated with your account.
This is required by both Apple App Store and Google Play policies. In-app account deletion will be added in a future update.
